I've recently posted a complaint about a number port that left me without a contact number for a full week and unfortunately the problems are still continuing. I've logged a case at the centurion branch but no one there seems to find any urgency about the matter.
I'm sick of Nashua's supposed service they deliver, I haven't even so much as received an apology from anyone at Nashua for:
1. Making me wait a full month for my phone after signing.
2. Having me come back to sign the contract again because the sales person made mistakes.
3. Making me wait a week for number porting. Leaving me without a number or any means to contact me.
4. Having no Cell C or Virgin mobile numbers be able to call me.
Send me a message or call me, if my issue is not resolved within the next couple of days you can expect a contract cancellation.
