Just wow. Afrihost really the pooch. Bought uncapped 4Mbps adsl line from them. line was provisioned, then no feedback. e-mailed more than once, no feedback. finally wrote angry e-mail and got phonecall from Emanuel (friendly) who informed me Afrihost had made an error to telkom and requested a 20Mbps line. He corrected this. Since then my adsl has become active (other ISP accounts work) but my 4Mb uncapped account (tested on another line = fine) unable to authenticate. Brought this to Afrihost's attention last night... and again this morning at 8am. no response. Finally got fed up and phoned and a rep was able to help me out within 5 minutes. Seriously, seriously bad service guys. really hope you live up to your double-money-back guarantee as i've now had chance to test out OTHER isp's with their trial accounts and will most likely be moving VERY soon. (also of note, i already started being billed for april despite no internet... so much for "pro rata").
