On 01 Nov 2013 I logged a request with Afrihost to move ADSL line from Telkom to them. On 07 Nov 2013 received mail from Afrihost that request has been cancelled due to restrictions from Telkom side. On 09 Dec received mail from Afrihost that request to cancel ADSL line sent by Afrihost. Ignored as per prior mail. On 12 Dec Afrihost cancelled ADSL line as it was moved from Telkom to Afrihost. Everybody from Afrihost gives different story, from that the line was never managed to by them to admitting there was a system fault. Received mail from them this morning that I cannot get an ADSL line back dis to unavailability of ports on DSLAM in our exchange. Now left without any internet service due to bad service and incompetence from Afrihost. Telkom cannot guarantee restoration of service now, and staff from Afrihost unwilling to assist to resolve.
