It is now more than 72 hours since I have opened a ticket with Afrihost Support and there has been no response and nothing has been done to fix my problem other than every time I call the support centre they tell me to reboot my router and then see if it helps and that they will respond on my support request which they do not.
Turnover time for support with Afrihost seems to be more than 72 hours and I am not expecting to get any response from them that the problem has been resolved anytime soon thus I am connecting using an MWEB trial account just to be able to do my work.
