Excellent Service & Customer Response Time

I would like to commend Vodacom and their Customer Care team at their Gateway branch on the excellent service and response time in handling the repair of my Blackberry handset.

My Blackberry 9780 refused to switch on so I took my phone into the Vodacom Customer Care Centre at Gateway on Wednesday, 29 May. My phone was booked in for a investigation with a technician.
On Monday, 3 June I called the Customer Centre and I was surprised to hear that I would be issued with a replacement phone and picked up my refurbished 9780 just three days later! My phone was replaced in a week! I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service received. I was kept notified on the status of my repair via sms.

I am happy that I have moved my other mobile and data contract to Vodacom earlier this year. MTN would have definitely not have responded so efficiently to my repair!

Well done team Vodacom! Keep up the excellent service!
