Not professional and very rude

I was sick on the 8th of November... Wednesday... Had a swollen foot and toes were also swollen... i didn't go to work that day... I went to the clinic the following day... I asked for a sick note but for some reason they refused to give me... They only gave me an rub ointment and abrufens (pink pills) they didn't even bother to examine my foot...
