"From 10am you can come into the gym until 12pm and again at 3pm until the closing time" that is why I signed the contract in the 1st place because of the afternoon schedule that from 3pm I can come to the gym at any time, but I was shocked to learn that I cannot come to the gym from 5pm until 7pm then after 7 I can come. If that information was clear from the start. I would never have signed the two-year contract. I want to terminate it immediately because you are not fixing my problem and are instead causing more problems for me as a client. I attempted to speak with the person who signed me up about it; he offered to speak with the manager to see how best to handle this issue, but I haven't yet heard back from him via phone or WhatsApp. I am angry that you mislead me and caused me to sign a contract that will not solve my pain instead you have created more pain than solving it. YOU LIED TO ME INTO SIGNING THE CONTRACT.
