SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VODACOM

On the 20th of December my Samsung phone stopped working out of the blue so I then took it into the customer care centre at the Gateway shopping centre in Umhlanga Rocks. I was told that it would take 7 days to repair which was fine, as I am not a resident of KZN i instructed the service agent to not send the handset to Johannesburg for an Advanced repair as I would take it myself as I reside there. The phone was then sent to Johannesburg against my instruction and to date has not even been looked at by any technician at their advanced repair centre. It is now nearly 3 weeks I am without a phone and furthermore I have not been contacted once by anyone from Vodacom to give me as much as an update. I have made call after call to follow up and finally I am told that the phone has not been looked at yet and they are not sure when it will be attended to. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many years now and have been paying a premium price for my contract monthly and to receive this level of service and lack of responsibility from their service team is something that nobody deserves.
