Vodacom Customer Care/ Repairs Not Responding

I logged a request through [Email Removed] After submitting the information for authentication purposes I have yet to here from Vodacom even after the response e-mail stating that a representative will be in contact.. The ref # is 0013Ba8DXJB57FEG. No response have been received and the call was logged on 14 January 2013. The reason for contacting customer care is that I receive no response from the Vodacom Repair Centre on ref # : 8317288. I handed in my phone at a Vodacare Repair centre in November. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY PHONE IS. I received an e-mail from a representative stating that the phone is damaged due to liquid. I then requested a quote stating that the phone is irrepairable so that I can submit to my insurance company. I have been trying to get this since November without any success. All correspondence is linked to e-mail sent to customer care. Since I have a business acount I am being sent to different departments with no success. I find this very disappointing since I have been a customer of Vodacom for 20 years. I am not satisfied with the service that I have received concerning this. Do not use the e-mail customercare@vodacom. Useless.
