We bought our house windows at Glass fit Kuruman branch, and after a very long time after payment glass fit came to put cracked windows, when my husband raised it with them, they said they will reorder and come and replace, December 2021, they came for re measurements, after my husband called and visited the branch regularly, and promised to come and put new windows. Early this year around March during my husbands another visit, they told him that they will not put new windows as their former employee eat the money, so we must buy new windows. I spoke to their head office May and July they keep on saying they will investigate and call me back with feedback. To date we are awaiting feedback, can someone please assist.
