I sent my blackberry torch into vodacom in December for repairs on the speaker as my phone was still under warrenty. I pay R507 every month for this phone and have been a loyal customer of vodacom for the past 8 years. i recieved a refurbished phone on15/02/2013. the phone can now not function without it being on charge. i have waited so long for my phone, only to find out that it is worse off than my initial handset. i have called many times and no ever seems to be able to help with this. i am disgusted with the service i recieve from vodacom! i have never once in the 8 years paid late, and this is the customer service i recieve. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING!!!
