We went with your company in 2022 and even referred your company to other clients in good faith.
We used your internet (Dale your rep promised it was month to month) and it did not work as service was always bad in our industrial aria and Nashua knew it was not going to work and wanted to charge us extra for making it work. We now have to pay for a Router for the value of R3000 nearly R90 000 with the 5 years contract and because you could not render the service as promised. I don’t think it is fair as we are a small company and was promised that we will save money by going with your company. That is the opposite. We already paid over R 10106.28 to date for a Rooter we are not using that is only worth R2300. Please help us by cancelling the Contrack if not we will have no other option but to go to the ombudsman.
