Good day,
After canceling my Vodacom account via email and the call center, Vodacom kept deducting money from my account. They then handed me over, even though I continued to pay the outstanding balance. To this day, they have not removed it from my credit status. I have emails to prove the cancellation of my account and the payment. Please rectify this issue, or I will be raising a dispute with the credit council.
