I ordered a plastic toy for Christmas on November 3rd, with a delivery date given between November 14th-24th. It is now December 12th and despite sending over 10 emails inquiring about the delivery, I have not received any response. Their service is nonexistent and their lack of communication is very disappointing. I advise everyone to stay away from this company as they are fake, unresponsive, and untrustworthy.
