Does anybody know what they doing???

As of now I have already had numerous horrible experiences with Virgin Mobile, reason why I have actually cancelled 1 of my contracts with them, I dont want 2 have deal with their incompetency anymore! I know it hardly even helps 2 Hello Peter Virgin Mobile, as ive done it before and they dont care! My contract gets updated every month with R1250.00 talktime. This month it was updated on the1st as usual, about 5 days later I checked my talk time to find out I only had R653.00 left, in 5 days I had harldy made any phone calls and half my talktime was gone. Having no choice but 2 phone the call centre to find out why? First I spoke 2 Bongi who couldnt give me an answer and said she was escalating it 2 the Billing dept and I must call the next day 2 follow up. The next day not getting feedback naturally, I followed up and spoke 2 Patrick Qulu who said the same thing as Bongi said, promising 2 call me back as by now I was angry. He called me back to tell me he had no news and was definately going 2 call me tomorrow, he didnt! I called the next day talking 2 Zanele who refused 2 put me through to her supervisor after shouting at her several times she eventually had no choice! Shocking Virgin Mobile!!!
