So I'm back... After a year of just living with absolutely pathetic internet, I just couldn't take it anymore. 8ta internet at my home is shocking. I get a maximum of 1/5th the speed I should, and even after 8ta sent 3 technicians, the service is still horrible.
I am a contract customer, but I think I must start looking at ADSL. Never again will I trust 8ta to provide reliable internet.
