After many calls to the customer care dept. I have resumed to post a complaint on hello Peter.
Since September 2012 I have made countless calls to the call centre or gone in to a virgin mobile store. I have been a client since 2007/2008. I have never missed a payment!!!
I have 2 contracts, one of which I finally got moved to pay as u go. And this is where the pathetic service starts... I have at least 6 reference numbers of follow up calls I have made. Virgin mobile does just what they want, R200 airtime was revoked and now they are still billing me for a cancelled contract. Each time I call they give me a different excuse, it's revolting to say the least. What gives you the right to do just as you please? I get NO response or follow up after I phone. The last call I made this evening was the first time one of the consultants said someone will call me... Lets see if this will happen. I am livid and expect a response ASAP. I will not be impressed if virgin mobile debits my bank account tomorrow!!! If this is how it carries on I will not be interested to continue with virgin mobile any longer.
