I'm sick and tired of this NO SERVICE issue.
My contract costs almost R2000 per month and I sometimes have no service for half a day.
The only time I am aware of this is when I get called on my landline to ask why my cell phone is not working.

I have a brand new Iphone 5 and the vodacom staff at fourways told me it was an iphone problem. Then they changed my sim card and activated LTE on my number, or so they say, and twice today I have lost service for who knows how many hours and how many business calls I have missed.

I am part of a company that has hundreds of contracts with vodacom and if I decide I cannot take this problem anymore, then we will all change to MTN or CELLc and VODACOM will lose thousands of rands without these contracts anymore.

COME ON MAN, DO YOU HAVE WORKING FOR YOU OR SOMETHING???

In today's technological age, what excuses can you have here for NO SERVICE???
