Virgin Mobile Repairs No Response

I have had a faulty blackberry bold 9780 and it went in for repaird about a month ago. I received it back after 2weeks yet to find out its still faulty and still having same problems. I then spoke to virgin mobile and the collected my phone from me at work on the 22 Feb'13. till date i had little to no response regarding my repairs on my mobile and if they'll swop it for a new one or not. I have been without a phone for almost a month now and very bad service with regarding my phone.

I have asked for a loan phone and both times and NO loan phone nothing.
I really had enough. I called virgin mobile yesterday 05/03/2013 regarding my phone as to when ill get it back and whats going on and they told me they trying to locate my phone and find out whats the problem. they couldnt give me any feedback. now is the 06/03/2013 and still NO feedback.
PLEASE GET BACK TO ME WITH AN ANSWER TODAY!!!
