Pathetic service

I recently took a contract with mtn and am regretting the day i sent my foot into the campus square branch, first day when i went in got an averager service now the poorest service ever, as am writting my line is not working i have been cut off because of rica after i submitted my proof of res, payslip and 3 months bankstatement.i received a call after a day of submitting my app the lady left a message on my cell to come and pick up my phone i got there she is busy with her own things and after standing there for 50 minutes watching her do admin she tells me she cant find the sim card with an attitude and that Thanyani did not do finish the paper work and that my port request was never sent through, what the... why did you call me then.i then told her i will come back after an hour when i went back there was a long line i waited for 30 minutes and left. The next day i went the very same happens with Thanyani this time giving excuses and things are not finalised again, he then called me to come and pick up the phone when i got there am given the phone and sim with no welcome package to mtn... no contacts at all and to me more mad my sim does not work rica has not be done.
