No response to my claim

I has been a month and I still dont have a phone. I have had Vodacom calling me once a week since my report assuring me that an investigation is in process, but funny enough for the past two weeks the calls have stoped. This does not stop them from pulling in my debit order though. They have pulled twice since my report with no resolve.

What is very scary about my case is that Vodacom changed my debit order details without my permission. This is indeed a criminal offence as they can charge me massive amounts without my consent. A FICA violation. I need advice on this however.

All I now want is to cut ties with Vodacom. I cannot work efficiently as I dont have access to emails on the go. I am very much inconvenienced and expoited. I am being charged for services unrendered. I think it is rather arrogant of them, because they can? No, this corporate bullying has to come to an end.

Please dont reply and by telling me my claim is resolved as this would be patronising. All I want is for me to cut ties with you. I am going to stop the debit orders as I believe you have already breached our contract on the aforementioned terms, particularly the criminal offence. Keep your ph
