MTN Randburg Square: pathetic

I had recently renewed my contract with mtn and spoke to a consultant at the Randburg Square branch. Once i choose the phone she told me they did not have stock and she will call me when she gets it i had waited almost 2 months for the phone. once i received no feedback from the branch i received a call from the mtn call centre offering the phone and received it within a few days with excellect customer service. today i went to the store to rica the sim card and the attitude i got was unbelievable, the first thing they said was a should call mtn and then said they are off line but they were lying. the one guy even told me that because i didnt take the phone from the store that if i have problems i should speak to the guys that i took the phone from. Being a customer with mtn over 5 year and i thought that all mtn stores was the same the service i received at the randburg square branch is pathetic. The staff treated me so badly at i wanted to cancel this contract. this is not fair and i think the individuals at that branch should be taught customer services
