NO ANSWER AS TO WHERE MY PHONE IS

On the 26th of June 2013 I left my phone at the branch to be sent for repairs -Track ball not working on certain apps and the hangup button not working (My husband got the phone for me on the 12/04/13 on contract). On the 4th of July I called the branch find out about phone and Colin told me that the phone had gone for repairs and came back, but it was realised that it was not fixed and it was sent back. On the 8th I aclled the branch and a lady picked up the phone, she said they were very busy at that moment and gave me Technical Call Centre number to check for myself. I called the number and I was told they could not track my phone after I gave her the IMEI number and the cell phone number. I called the branch again (13:00pm), a gentleman picked up the phone and asked me to hold on and I waited for 20 minutes until a lady picked up and asked if she can help, Colin came to the phone & said he didn't know that I was waiting on the line (he thought I was at the branch). I told him that their TCC can can't track my phone and he said he's going to check for the paper work & call me back (he never did). I phoned today at 12:50pm & he asked for the IMEI number & said he'll call -still waiti
