For the 3rd month in a row I am forced to come to hello Peter before 8ta bothers to address my complaint. Which will only be a cut and paste response I get here.
I called the call centre on Saturday regarding being incorrectly billed again. Spoke to a lady Sandisile. After explaining the billing problems she said it will be escalated. When I asked for a reference number she said she cannot give me 1 but will SMS it to me. Today is Wednesday still no SMS.
Refer to my previous complaints - 2 lines upgraded in feb, you overcharged on device fees for 2 devices by 2 months each. You credit the 1 device only for 2 months. You still owe me for the other device.(R359 x 2)
Also, I find out from Sandisile that even though you have upgraded my 2 contracts to iPhone contracts - u still charging me for BIS every month. This also needs to be credited.(R59 x 4)
3 after all my problems from the 1st of Feb, I was told that the upgrade fee will be waived - this got debited x 2 this month.(R200 x 2)
Your service and coverage stinks. I have no coverage at work for the whole week
I am not getting what I am paying for which is a breach of contract- please cancel my contracts. I have had enough!!!
