96 hours and counting for a sim swap after upgrade

I received my phone thursday 31 Jan. i called to active the new sim. yesterday the promised 72 hour for them to contact me and active the new sim ran out. i also posted on their face book page and i was then told to inbox the RICA number, i told the constant i couldn't so i gave him/her my number.today is the 4th day working day after receiving my phone and i am still waiting for it to be activated.this is extremely frustrating and i am starting to get very annoyed. If Cell c is not longer interested in having me as a customer, i should be informed and have somebody come and pick up their product. The things that also agitates me even more is the fat that when ever you call the cell c call centre, you must be in for a long long long long wait. Yesterday i spent 30 minutes in total waiting for somebody to pick up, eventually i gave up.'YOU GUYS NEED TO PULL UP YOUR SOCKS AND URGENTLY AT THAT!
