Biggest mistake to port my number to MTN

I decided to port my number from Vodacom to MTN, take out a new cell phone and data bundle contract.
About the 22 March was when the contract was agreed to. When the phone was delivered, the incorrect phone colour was received. When my number was ported, my cell number was ported to the data bundle and I was given a new cell phone number. The numbers were swopped around and was not as per original request.
During the course of phoning numerous times, I was told my cell number was not RICA'ed even though all documents were sent.
I had spoken to 3 different supervisors, numerous consultants and we are on the 4th April, now 2 weeks later, and I still do not have the use of my cell phone as it is now RICA barred due to an error on MTN's side.
Fatiema apologised yesterday to me due to all the errors and inconvenience caused. She assured me it would be sorted out by this morning, 4th April and will call once it was finalised. But to my dismay, I have not received a call, my phone is still not working and I cannot get hold of Fatiema as she is constantly "busy on the phone". She cannot even call me back.
I cannot believe the experience I have had with MTN thus far. PATHETIC!!!
