NEW phone has same problem as old irreparable fone

I Went to Vodacare Vodaworld on 02.01.13 to book in my phone for repairs. My blackberry screen goes blank when I receive & make calls (Amongst other issues). You cannot put someone on speaker or on hold. Your phone could be dialing itself and you wouldn't know!! My phone was booked in; I was without a phone for 14 Days. I had to call in order to be told i could fetch my phone. Which I did. 2 days later the "NEW" phone I was given is giving me the same problem!!! Why do you to your customers?? This phone is not new it is "REFURBISHED". So I must now go to Vodacare AGAIN and wait another 1 hour & 30 min to be assisted & be without a phone for another 2 weeks??? I refuse to wait that long to be assisted!! I refuse to be without a phone for another 2 weeks!!! And I refuse to be given another "NEW" phone which is actually refurbished!!! I want someone to call me & have this sorted out. I am a contract customer with vodacom & have been for the past 6 years!!! I called the vodacare contact centre & was given a number for a manager at Vodacare 011 653 6948 which just rings and rings!!! I am not a happy customer at the moment!!! I want this issue sorted!!!
