Good day.
On Wednesday i went in to Vodacare Westgate to collect my replacement phone from cellsure. I was assisted by a gentleman who said that i was only allowed to put my new simcard in the phone in 24 hours time. So on Thursday afternoom i put the sim in my phone and turned it on, i was only greated by a annoying error message that my sim was not provisioned. I contacted the vodacare shop and was told that it was due to a technical difficulty and that it will be sorted out in 4 to 6 hours. Today it is Friday, the 20th of Dec 2013 and my sim swap has yet not been done. When will this happen? It is 4 days before christmas and i hope to have a working phone before then. I am slowly but surely getting fed up.
I need someone who can assist me with this problem, really help me not just make excuses.
Looking forward to hearing back from Vodacom asap.
