I have taken a cell phone contract in july 2012. Recently, I started experiencing problems with my handset i contacted the place i have taken the contract from, They suggested i send my handset in for repairs-which I did. Long story short i sent it in for repairs which took about a month, Given the fact that i have been on their case for the handset. Upon recieving it, the handset is still faulty. All im getting is the run around, i feel dissapointed and misled... please advise
