I am absolutely irritated with MTN...
Firstly, their are no phones at the branch in canal walk - so I go to sort out a query, they can't help. I must phone this 808 number - why have a branch, where you have no phones?
My phone got in March, I am trying to get an ITC number for the insurance and have spoken to 2 people who were quite "" towards me. Firstly, I am told that they are off line, I must phone back in an hour? why? why does someone not phone me back? Secondly, I have just spoken to a lady who after not being able to get the relevant info - put the phone down on me.
I run a successful business in Cape Town, I have spent over 2 hrs, trying to an ITC number?
Service - terrible!
Attitude - shocking!
Am I upset? No, just disappointed that a big company is more worried about exponential growth and less about the basics of customer service, which is what got them to this point in the first place!
