Eplacement phones! different problems!

Firstly, if it was not for the amazing and helpful staff at canal walk, I would have called HQ months ago! But now I have had enough. My last 12months with my Blackberry 9360: on the second day of having the phone, software malfunction, the second decided it did not want to charge and "clocked" on opening applications (even BBM), third phone having luck for 8months the trackball breaks, now with my present phone the battery drains and shuts down without notice of "battery low". As investigated, the phones are not malfunctioning due to my negligence. MTN "replaced" the first three phones, should I not qualify for a BRAND NEW PHONE! There should be policies within contracts to qualify customers with a brand-new model phone after returning the contract phone after a certain amount of repairs. Consider replacing the "malfunctioned" phone with a new model, within the current budget contract of your customers!) At the moment, I have to pay for a phone that never works!
