Waiting 3 days now and phone still not activated

Firstly, Canal Walk branch near Primi failed to contact me to tell me my phone claim has been approved. I had to phone Vodasure again after 2 days and they told me that the claim was approved the previous day and the branch was notified. Secondly, I fetched my new iPhone on the Wed afternoon and did a SIM swap and was informed that it will take from 3 - 48 hours to activate my phone. Nothing happened, so I went back to the branch on Friday afternoon, just to hear that the activation department phoned the branch on Thursday evening to clarify something on the form and they promised that my cell will be activated within 3 hours. It's Saturday lunch time and my phone is still not activated. It is just unacceptable having to wait so long for Vodacom to activate my phone. Vodacom should manage their franchisees better to ensure overall customer service. I know of Vodacom shops where people get their phones activated within 3 hours, but the Canal Walk branch is unable to offer a fast turn around time to a customer like me, even after I had to follow up on Friday, they still did not sort out my problem. Hopefully Vodacom will do something about the bad service at the Canal Walk branch
