Two of my cell phones were last year. I reported this to MTN on 26 November. As I did not have the Imei number for the one phone I requested that from them. They gave me case number but no one came back to me. I find the contract and invoice from MTN with the Imei number. Again I reported the phones. Again I got a case number. I have spoken to the call centre a few time and have forwarded all the correspondence, but still have no black listing number for the insurance company and the phones are not black listed. This is now nearly 3 months. This is holding up my claim and more important the person that has the phones is getting away with it. I hope someone will respond this time as I find this very poor service.
