I have a mtn contract which i pay about R400 for my contract. I went onto the store to have my phone booked in as it is giving me problems i spoke to an advisor and she was quick to book in my phone but when i asked what am i going to use in the mean time was told they dont do loan phone. I then asked how would people get in touch with me she asked dont i have a spare phone. I was shocked with the response i cross questioned the advisor and asked wher in my terms and co it states they dont do loan phones she was unable to show me. She then turned around and stated i need to go back tob the store i had the contract taken out, to me mtn is mtn and i dont see the need to go to a diffirent store if they the same company. The advisor then stated they dont have loan phones in stock i then asked you just told me you dont do loan phones now u turn around and say u dont have. The manager was then called i explained they stated canal walk and waterfront do loan phones i asked can they phone i was told no, Im sorry i pay R400 for my contract i am paying for a service i am not receiving. I was then given a number for the head office
I need a loan phone as ASAP
