Autopage Canal Walk / Refuse to replace Phone

I got an iPhone 4S last year and when we updated it to the newest IOS a few months ago the Wi Fi stopped working. Both Apple Stores at Canal Walk and Waterfront advised us to take it Autopage and that the phone was to be replaced, as some i4S phones had this trouble.

We took it to Autopage Canal Walk on the 8 th of January 2013 and they sent it to Johannesburg. On the 5th of Feb (after nearly a month) we visited the store and they told us that it would be back at Canal Walk at Friday the 8th of Feb. It was quite a distance that we drove to Canal Walk and back home. As we got home the same day, we received an sms that the phone was to be collected at TYGERVALLEI???

I went there and tested the phone in the shop and after a month without my phone THE WI FI WAS STILL NOT WORKING!!! I left the phone there and we called Autopage customer services and they sent us an sms afterwards saying that they will reply within 36 hours.
And still we didn't hear anything. What are we to do??? For more than a month we had to pay extra for using 3G in place of Wi Fi. And still we are without a phone.

We are paying for a phone we don't have. We depend on our phones for our work!!
