I have insurance through Edgars on all my phones.
Two of them broke so I booked them in for repairs.
Firstly there were problems with the insurance but NO one phoned me - I had to phone to find out what was happening and why it was taking so long.
The first phone my Sony - I was told was never put on insurance but I had the proof that I took it in.
The second phone my Torch - I was told the IMEI number didn't match what was on the system. Firstly I had a new phone given to me when I took it to my service provider and the same day I got it I went to change the IMEI number only problem is I couldn't find the slip. Their being nice about it now fixing my phone for me my problem is firstly the who I went to swop the IMEI numbers with was the same branch who I put the Sony on insurance with - Tygervalley Edgars. And secondly when I was told I need to send the proof of exchange for my torch units I went to Zevenwaght mall - they made a copy of that and my proof of insurance for my sony to fax it through. I got a call from the phone fixing place and they said they never received the documents so I had to go out of my way to e-mail it all off again.
