Shocking Lack of Service!!!

I called in today to find out when I'm due for an updgrade as i haven't received any notifications as yet.
My 1st call gets cut off so i call back a speak to an agent who makes me hold for 5 minutes before telling me that my contract has already expired and its up to me to call in. I ask to be transferred to the cancellations area and after being put on hold for even longer... the i speak to someone in retentions who takes my cell number, id number and address and asks me to hold... i'm placed on hold for 15 minutes before it cuts AGAIN! My 3rd call is even worse as i never speak to an agent instead keep hearing the phone ring and then 15minutes later get put through to an automated "service rating" system!!! which then cuts the call. Now on my 4th call attempt to them and surprise surprise... I'm still on hold 9 minutes later!!!
