My walker gave me an E16-4 error - i called Onneile, after 17 minutes on the phone with her - where she cant speak English, has terrible grammar and makes me hold and then comes back and asks me to hold more, she then says she is going to transfer me to the Walker department!!! I then speak to Kreshantha who then assists me in 90 seconds or so, and she was exceptionally good!! After 17 minutes Onneile cant assist me and all it takes was 90 seconds from another agent!!! Come on multichoice we pay you exorbitant fees and you hire people that can not have a conversation in English, have no grasp of grammar and worse try to assist when they dont know what they are doing.
My call was around 13:45 today being 18/12/2013 and the agent was Onneile.
