This morning I called to add a "ad hoc" bundle on my mobile number. With my first attempt, I confirmed all my details and was then put on hold when requesting the additional service, which is understandable. Why does your agents not come back to the caller after several minutes to confirm that they are still busy with their request? I eventually dropped the call as your Customer Service number at Nashua Mobile is not free of charge, I pay for the call!
When I called in a second time from work, I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes with no response from the Call Centre agent (IEZA). Seriously? When I used to be in the Call Centre environment, we were instructed to always be courteous to the caller and ALWAYS let them know that you are busy with their request if you have to put them on hold, NEVER leave a caller for longer than 2 minutes.
What happened to the industry?
