I received my statement for January and it showed that I had not paid for the last three invoices, which I did. On time. I tried to get hold of their accounts department, I waiting on the line for about 10 minutes, got through to someone who then transferred me to someone else. After a few minutes of holding the phone goes dead. So I try again, I get through to someone who says hello and then immediately puts me back on hold before I can even say anything. I hold for another few minutes before someone else answers and before I can say hello the phone goes dead. I try to call them for a THIRD time, I sit on hold for about 15 minutes and then the phone goes dead. After waiting SO long I decide to send an email, I use the email address which is on the statement and the email gets returned saying that the email address is no longer in use! The statement is only from a few weeks ago so its not like it is even outdated! I find another email address and then send it through. This was yesterday morning, today 11am I still have heard nothing! So I try to call them again, wait on hold for 10 minutes and the phone gets cut off.
Its an absolute joke!!
