20 minutes b4 i could speak 2 an agent who hung up

My internet is down, so i called 10210. I timed the amount of time i was on hold, 20 minutes, and finally got through to an agent (Ruben). I didn't even finish explaining the problem before the call cut. I called back, but after 25 minutes on hold i gave up.
