Samsung B5330 Losing MTN Network

I bought Samsung Chat B5330 from Jet The Glen on 20 April 2013. The phone started to loose MTN network and had to switch it off and on to work. It only worked for - 5 hrs at a time. Booked it in at HVRC Crown Mines on 13 May 2013, and they upgraded the software. The problem continued and booked it in again on 20 May and was escalated to Midrand. I only got it back on 27 May and Midrand didn't do anything as they could not find a fault. - 5 hrs later it was dead as usual, could not receive or make calls. I don't know what to do, as this phone is a problem and is still new. The after sales service given to me from Jet all the way to HVRC was way below the required standard. My contract is due for upgrade in the next 2 or so months, and was also considering upgrading to samsung s4. Now with the current issues it looks like both MTN and Samsung might lose my contract. My faith in both companies is reducing daily, and I don't know who is going to help me now. I'm sitting here with a phone that should be rebooted 2 to 3 times a day and it is hardly 2 months old and all the technicians are not taking me seriously.
