I am on a 24 month hybrid contract with MTN.I am using a Blackberry 9790.Every month I get R200 airtime and 25 sms's. I normal download for free from certain sites even if I do not have airtime. Yesterday when I was making a call I got cut off because I had insufficient airtime. I called MTN to enquire what happend to the airtime I had and they told me that I had a download of R75 around 5pm. I normal download from the free sites and I never had an issue before because after downloading I always check my airtime and I see that I have not been charged because the contant that was purchased is for free. I want my airtime because I am on a 24 month contract and I am suppose to have my BIS service for 24 months as well. I want to terminate my contract with immdiate effect if they do not refund me my airtime because it is not possible for me to have a download of R75 because i downlaod on a daily basis but never have I been charged for downloading from the sites.
