I was downloading series from a site n it took all my airtime, not my data, called customer care they explained the data usage policy, and that when u download from certain sites it will use your airtime. To prove a point I went back to the same site after they took all my airtime and downloaded n this time without airtime they used my data no airtime needed. Called back explained n they kept saying I can't get it back, finally got through to Sydney Khatlhane who assured me my airtime will be refunded someone will call me Monday, I asked that they call me after 4pm as I can't answer calls at work, they call me Tuesday 10.30am I couldn't answer they just sms me to say I can't get refunded. Worst experience with any service provider will never use cell c again.
