I was due for upgrade in October 2012. I only applied for an upgrade 2 weeks ago. Cell C has been deducting every month from my account with no problems. This morning when I phone to find out about my upgrade the consultant said that there was no records of an upgrade from my side. When I started complaining about the BAD SERVICE she said that she was going to investigate and came back that the noticed that I am up for Debt review. She even mentioned the company but when I ask her to give me the name of the company she said that she was going to find out from finance. CELL C OR THEIR CONSULTANT ARE NOT DOING THERE WORK BUT MY MONEY IS VERY GOOD FOR DEDUCTING EVERY MONTH. 7 MONTH FREE MONEY BUT NOW THAT I WANT A UPGRADE THERE IS PROBLEMS.
