I called 03/05/2013 to query why am i being billed when i download (when there is air time) but im am not billed when i download (when there is not airtime) Everybody i know downloads music from free websites and no airtime gets taken. The agent refused to tell me his name or surname aka MO-Informs me that everybody was told that if you download you will be billed-This communication was not sent to me at all. I asked MO to send me the communication that states that when using vodacom Bis when downloading you will be billed-he said he cannot-there is communication for video streaming but i do not stream. If you billed when downloading-how come i can download without airtime and im not billed. I would like the communication that was sent to all customers sent to me as MO said this was sent last year. i asked the agent to cancel my BIS then i said leave the BIS. The agent then cancelled my BIS it is not working now. cellc, MTN.Virginmobile has a download DATA CAP and this is communicated to the customer before its disconnected. I would like this to be clarified why only when i have airtime im be billed and not billed when no airtime or prepaid customers- This is not sated in my contract
