We have paid our subs but service was discontinued

For the past few months we have not received statements from MTN, mainly because of the strike at the Post Office. Nevertheles, we have paid the amounts we thought we were owing. Now, again, our service has been discontinued, no warning, no SMS, no statement, no explanation, no nothing.
I would like to mention that this is niot the first time it happened. Previously, after investigation, we had a credit balance but the service was discontinued.
We have just renewed our contract with MTN, a fact that I regret very much. But it was the last time. When this contract expires, I'll definetly terminate the MTN service.
Previously I have asked MTN to email our statement but that is not happening.
I demand that some capable person sort out this accout now for once and for all.
