How much longer must I put up with this BS

So after struggling for how long to get a handset, with promises to credit my account. I finally receive the handset, only to discover the phone has no SD card, nor was I ever informed or advised to apply for a micro card.

So thank you Virgin Mobile, I have a phone that I can not use!!!

What b@## is this? Your service is going from bad to zero...
