AFTER BATTLING SINCE 2 MAY TO GET A CELLPHONE OUT OF THESE PEOPLE, I FINALLY RECEIVE THE HANDSET ON THE 27TH MAY, NEEDLESS TO SAY WITH OUT A MICRO SIM CARD. i CALLED YET AGAIN ONLY TO BE TOLD DON'T WORRY YOU WILL GET A CARD TOMORROW AS THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. PLEASE NOTE THAT WAS ON MONDAY, IT IS WEDNESDAY THE 29TH MAY 2013, GUESS WHAT??? THE COURIERS WERE GIVEN THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS...

ALMOST A MONTH AND I AM STILL BATTLING WITH THESE SO CALLED"CHAMS" ON A DAILY BASIS TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED.

THE SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC, I DONT KNOW WHY THEY DONT JUST CLOSE DOWN. IF YOU LOOK ON THE REPORTS ON HELLO PETER FOR VIRGIN MOBILE, I DONT THINK I HAVE SEEN ONE COMPLIMENT.

I WONDER WHAT RICHARD BRANSON HAS TO SAY ABOUT THIS AND I WONDER IF HE WOULD EVER RESPOND TO AN OPEN LETTER TO HIM.
