I applied for an upgrade of my virgin mobile contract. I went as far as emailing the consultant that helped me and included EVERY SINGLE detail of what I asked for. I received the handset today only to discover that the contract they signed me up for was NOT the one I requested, I didn't get a micro sim card as REQUESTED and the phone colour is not what I had requested. So I have contacted them only to have some one tell me they are going to see if they can fix this. If your mistake is not fixed VIRGIN MOBILE before the end of today 18/07/2013, you can come and collect the phone and cancel my contract with immediate effect.
